WHAT IS NEURO-LINGUISTIC
PROGRAMMING?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is often described as the psychology of
inter- and intra-personal communication. NLP is about how our minds work and
about identifying the perception and cognitive patterns underlying all human
communication. NLP is to people what mathematics and engineering are to the
physical world. NLP is a powerful and explicit model of human communication
and experience.

and attainable outcomes and goals.

emotional and mental freedom of "non-judgmental" thinking.
- Discover and transform
beliefs that limit your personal evolution and success.
WHAT ARE THE
CLASSES LIKE?
Classes are informal, as is dress. It is our desire to offer a safe, secure
and enjoyable environment, where learning can take place without pressure or
stress. Each concept is presented in lecture format, followed by a
demonstration by the instructor with a volunteer from the class. Great
emphasis is placed on experiential learning through small group exercises. We
want you not only to "get the information", we want you to be able
to use it.
